Live a Little |
Salamat UP).
“Nagbayad na ba kayo?”
Now that the “Coronovela” is over, I wonder if there would still be a body to serve as a check and balance to the executive.
Inasal at iba pa!, Robinsons Metro East
So were moving in to a new city, not a far one but still, I kinda feel bad about leaving the familiar place and faces I see each day. :( On the bright side, there’s a lot of new places to explore and of course, to dine in. Inasal at iba pa! is one of them. The resto is just like good ol’ Mang Inasal except you have to order your unlirice separate of your ulam of choice. The resto feel is inspired by Bacolod’s Maskara Festival with the banderitas and Maskara Fest pictures hanging on the walls. As for the food, it’s quite cheap ranging from around 90-200Php (unli plain rice is P12.5; unli garlic rice is P15; bottomless iced tea is P30) though the taste is nothing out of the ordinary.

The Mind Museum’s Playground
At last, I’ve done something fun and worth it this “summer” (‘cause it’s already starting to pour) vacation. Visited The Mind Museum at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig earlier with a friend, and since I’m a student of a state university, I only had to pay for 1/3 of the normal rate (that’s P150 instead of P450… just be sure you’re enrolled for the semester ‘cause they actually are strict with it). Anyway, it was worth every cent, had a blast and learned new things (even at this age, I think we had more fun than the little ones we were with). Anyway, pictures can depict better than my words so I’ll be uploading a couple of sets. :) Pardon the “Mind Museum Day” flood. Teehee..
The Mind Museum, BGC Taguig
Some things from the inside: Greeting you will be Aedi the welcoming robot. Then there’s Stan, Mind Museum’s resident t-rex and perhaps the most awesome exhibit in the area. Why’s he called Stan? Well, I’m not gonna spill. :)) You’ll also see really cool stuff in the “Universe Gallery”, some of which are the authentic astronaut suit, a replica of the Mars rover, and a simulation of the night sky filled with twinkling stars. :) At the bottom row is a display of the typical Filipino meal and my favorite, a huge chocolate bar waiting to be devoured (too bad it’s not edible bahaha).
